Mr. Lila Prasad Bagale is a dedicated Mathematics lecturer, researcher, and academician from Nepal with a strong academic background and a distinguished record of educational achievements. He completed his Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Mathematics from the Central Department of Mathematics, Tribhuvan University, in 2018, securing a CGPA of 4.00 and achieving the distinction of All Nepal Topper. He completed his Bachelor's degree in Physical Sciences (PCM Group) with Mathematics as his major from Birendra Multiple Campus, Tribhuvan University.

He has been actively involved in teaching Mathematics since 2013, with professional experience across various renowned academic institutions. His teaching experience includes Global School of Science, Vidhya Aarjan School, Hamro Academy, Kathmandu Model College, Central Department of Mathematics (TU), Bluebird College, and International Secondary School.

In recognition of his academic excellence, he has received several prestigious awards, including the Ram Prasad Manandhar Gold Medal, Chancellor's Medal, and TU Teachers Association Gold Medal for securing first position at the Master's level. He has also received academic topper awards from the Nick Simmons Foundation and ANMA.

Mr. Bagale is actively engaged in mathematical research and academic development. His research contributions include publications in the Journal of Nepal Physical Society, focusing on numerical solutions of partial differential equations and mathematical modelling of heat transformation. He has also presented his research at the Second International Conference on Applications of Mathematics to Nonlinear Sciences (AMNS-2019) and participated in the CIMPA Summer School in Mathematical Biology.

In addition to his teaching and research activities, he is a co-author of a Mathematics textbook for +2 level students published by Kriti Publication Pvt. Ltd. He is passionate about teaching, research, academic writing, and integrating technology into Mathematics education.
